During 2003, partner Peter Jerram felt the call of a new challenge and started to diversify from the origins of his core function of 30 years of office agency, rent reviews and lease renewals into the competitive field of Investment Broking.

With a handful of varied client contacts established throughout his working life in the property industry, Peter has conducted for The Noble Harris Partnership, sale and acquisition transactions throughout the UK during the last 12 months with a total capital value in excess of £100 million. 2006/7 will be a challenging year but expectations are high for continued off market created business.
